We want to express our appreciation to you and
your team for making our entire homebuilding experience wonderful.
Your team exceeded anything we could have imagined. Everyone we
worked with was extremely responsive to our needs and in many cases
anticipated our questions and had answers before we called which was
very comforting. The quality of workmanship is excellent and we
thank Lloyd Jett, in particular, for that. We know that he did
everything possible to finish our house before Christmas. We'd also
like to mention the outstanding job that Beverly Frazier did. She
worked with us closely and we really felt that she understood what
we wanted throughout the process. Last, but not least, Karen Paarfus
was out point-person for Graysotne and we could not have asked for
anyone more helpful and gracious. Being new to the area, her help in
obtaining answers to many of our questions was indispensible.
Let us say in closing that we know your style
sets the tone for the entire organization. From our initial meeting,
we believed that you would be a fair and honest person who we could
trust. We also heard of your reputation for building quality homes
and for providing a high level of customer service. Well, that is an
understatement. You and your team made the entire process a very
pleasant experience. You truly cared for us as individuals which was
repeatedly shown. Your entire process cannot be any smoother and
your people, as we mentioned before, could not have been better to
work with. We would not even consider using another builder and
would feel honored and priviledged if you would feel free to use us
as a reference in the future and we would be proud to show our home
to any future prospective customers you may have.
