Dear Anthony:
We have taken a
pause in our frantic moving and house selling schedule to send you
our heartfelt thanks and appreciation for the outstanding job which
you and your staff have done for us in building our dream house on
our farm.
We consider
ourselves so fortunate to have found you, as we did quite by
accident, at the Culpeper Development Office where we were getting
subdivision papers approved. When we heard one of the Development
Office Staff ask you if you had come to pick up your building
permits, we asked you if you were a builder. The staff members who
overheard our question to you, all answered what a good builder you
were and how you had built many of their homes. We decided to ask
you for your card so we could make an appointment to see you. We
were very impressed from the first meeting with you and your staff.
While going through the specifications of our house you left no
stone unturned and made many very helpful suggestions and
recommendations. When we left we felt you knew exactly what we
wanted. We had just gotten a one hour off the cuff quote for another
builder who we felt did not take the time or show the interest in
building our home that we had hoped for. We expected your estimate
to be much higher than the other builder and needless to say were
very much surprised and pleased to find you quote was much lower. To
tell the truth, we would have chosen you even if you were higher
than the first quote because we felt you would do a top notch job,
which you did.
You all have made
us feel like one of the family in working with you and your staff
through the process of building our home. The feeling we get when we
go to your office is that your staff are like family in your
organization and the professional, friendly and caring manner in
which they deal with one another and the customers is so very
refreshing. Even over the bumps that come with any home building
project, we felt the same professional and caring attitude and
result that a quality builder like yourself gives to each project.

beautiful home and the pleasure of working with you and being part
of your family. We wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy
