Dear Anthony,
This is an
over-due letter to say a very special thanks for all you've done to
make our Culpeper home a happy reality. We are so very pleased with
the house and have no doubt that is will be a treasure to enjoy for
many years.
At our first
meeting with you, we sensed that you are a man who values honesty,
integrity and sets high standards for himself and his staff.
Primarily for that reason, we came back for the second meeting and
asked you to build our home. We have not been disappointed. Even
when things went wrong in the day to day building process, as they
inevitably will in any construction, you made every effort to make
it right. Above all else, this is why we would recommend Graystone
Homes.
We, also, most
particularly thank you for your generous gift of the Clore Brothers
gift certificate. We have already selected furniture and are
anxiously waiting for its completion. It will be a wonderful
accessory in our home.
We deeply
appreciate the cooperation of you staff. Each person with whom we
worked was unfailingly polite and considerate. However, we want to
especially commend Karen Paarfus. We're sure you realize what a
treasure she is to Graystone Homes. We relied on her to keep up with
all of our requests for changes, questions, and even complaints. She
was kindness personified.
Although it
was obvious how busy she is, she always gave us the personal
attention we required and handled every detail with admirable
efficiency. To all that, she added her own considerable charm and
delightful wit to help keep even the most tedious problems in
perspective. She deserves much praise and appreciation for the
outstanding contribution she made toward coordinating our home
construction.
